Below, are links to the questionnaires you will be required to complete as a participant in the Memory Experiment. The first set of questionnaires is those you complete at home. The second set is those you complete in the laboratory.

If you are working at home, please note that you will be required to enter your subject identification number and the name of the study (‘Memory Experiment’ is the name). If you do not know your identification number, this can be obtained from the Experiment Coordinator at memoryexperiment@yahoo.com

Note: NO personally identifying information, including digital tracking information (such as your IP address) whatsoever is collected when you complete these questionnaires on-line.
